With more than seventeen years of movement experience, I've developed a wealth of knowledge and extensive set of skills as a labor leader. Over the course of my career, I've led organizing, political, and contract campaigns, bargained and enforced union contracts, organized and represented workers, led Taft-Hartley joint labor-management benefit funds, served as a labor representative to public agencies, crafted and spearheaded worker-centered workforce development initiatives, supervised professional and senior level staff, and facilitated workshops and trainings for local, state, national, and global leaders.For the past three years (2021-2024), I served as extension school faculty at the Cornell University ILR School's Worker Institute where I developed, facilitated, and led a portfolio of offerings within the Labor Leadership Programs. I have focused on providing guidance, organizational and leadership support, coaching, and training for labor stakeholders and high level union leaders, and served as an organizational development (OD) consultant to multiple international unions.I look forward to offering my unique set of skills to assist you and your organization in advancing the demands and priorities of your constituents!
