* Policy & Regulatory Compliance Strategy for PG&E's Grid Modernization & Distributed Energy Resources Efforts * Managed two pilots within PG&E's San Jose Grid of Things deployment. * Projects focus on exploring PV Smart Inverter functionalities, communications, latency, and opportunities and understanding distribution opportunities for customer-sited residential and commercial behind-the meter storage. * Cost and Fast Charge program witness for PG&E's SB 350 Transportation Electrification application.

● Manage internal and external relationships with both the regulating bodies and third-parties in PG&E's Submetering Pilot ● Led >$4M in research programs in 2015● Testified before the CPUC in April 2016 on PG&E's EV Infrastructure Program● Helped develop PG&E's pending EV Infrastructure Proposal ● Led technical aspects of procurement activities ● Ongoing experience proposing, developing, and implementing EV research programs

● Project manager and liaison between utilities and Clean Fuels Ohio. Presented and myth-busted to stakeholders the benefits of low power and non-controlled charging through data-driven insightful solutions. Peer reviewed final report. ● Created with team robust Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Model for current PEVs based on years of real driving data. Proved competitive pricing of technology for consumers. Managed peer review by industry experts and presented.● Developed model for determining the number of PEV charging stations required - showed number is much lower than previous estimates by EV project, Coulomb, and others. Results are currently used by utilities nationwide and some California state regulatory agencies. Presented at stakeholder and advisory meetings, as well as conferences.

● Used the National Household Travel Survey to develop driving models for PHEVs. Disproved current SAE standard on likely real-world electric miles of PEVs. Presented applied results at SAE World Congress and Plug-in 2011. ● Analyzed the efficacy of EV Time-of-Use (TOU) rates for PHEVs, research showed that TOU rates are an incomplete tool for controlling the charging behavior of PEVs. Results published in IEEE Transactions on the Smart Grid.

Created a set of presentations for internal training segments and supported engineering efforts.
