* Agile framework: Scrum. * I have a deep knowledge of all necessary tools: Jira, Confluence, Webex, Mattermost, Jabber, VDI, VPN, Windows 10, Outlook, SQL Server, OPCRM, bonuses campaigns internal tools. * Daily communication with the Product Owner of the assigned product regarding assigned tasks, giving an update regarding the progress, problems, etc* I prepare the functional and non-functional requirements documentation (including mock-ups) of the functionalities in Jira tickets and Confluence. * I understand the User Story structure, elements, and purpose, and I can correctly write it for the assigned product.* I support the team in order to answer all the questions regarding the feature's requirements.* I prepare a walkthrough of the functionalities to present them on high-level refinements, refinements, meetings with the business, and meetings with the teams. * I work very independently while conducting the analysis of the requirements of the Jira tickets assigned by my PO. * If possible, I do try to be proactive when it comes to proposed solutions. * I scheduled by myself the required meetings to collect all necessary information. I know whom to address my questions and won't stop until I get the answers I need ;)* I'm capable to guide newly hired Business Analysts in the analysis, User Story structure, encountered problems, possible solutions, internal procedures, etc
