Focused over the summer to prepare Crosby Labs for the following academic year for UMaine Juniors and Seniors. Crosby Labs is the Capstone Lab for the mechanical engineers at the University of Maine. Also worked as:- Teaching assistant during the summer "Consider Engineering Program" for potential UMaine students.- Mechanic to disassemble and reassemble land and sea drones for senior projects. - Instron Machine tensile and compression testing to ensure the machine is functional for the upcoming academic year. - Assembled Senior course level control kits using Arduino boards, PLC logic testing, independent component testing, and programming each board using visual basic. - Assembled a Stirling Engine from a custom-made design, using primarily household materials to create the completely functional device. - Assistant to an Instructor who experimented with customized Peltier Thermoelectric Modules; from collaboration in the design process to the data interpretation and curation of graphical data for the various experiments relating to the modules.
