Post my one year stint in handling operations for multiple accounts in west India and having understood the business requirements, I am now leading the ‘Business Enablers’ entity at the corporate level to support the entire West India Operations of FM services across Global, Regional, National and Local accounts.Key responsibilities include defining, refining and implementing processes to streamline the smooth operations of FM services across west India in critical sectors of Banking, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, BPO and Retail. Conducting comprehensive survey of facilities to advise on the operational plan and work force deployment for FM services. Conducting FM audits of corporate offices to highlight deviations from world class best practices and compliance. Analysing cost of doing business that affect profitability and implement measures to reduce the impact. Analysing P&L statements vis-à-vis portfolio managed and advise the business on areas meriting focus. Implement plans to increase productivity from within existing resources thereby increasing profitability. Real estate lease oversight and management, letters of intent, SLA’s, scope of work, maintenance contracts, work orders and purchase orders related to planning and operations for portfolio. Structured growth plans and training modules on soft skills and CRM, with R&R to recognize the team talent. Validation of employee data and enforcement of governance to ensure data integrity leading to zero loss to business.

I was the Operations Lead for West India Local Accounts from 28 Feb 2011 to 29 Feb 2012. Key responsibilities included Facilities Management of multiple Accounts, managing a direct team of 102 employees and a work force of over 1200 employees through strategic partners. Managing multiple type of contracts to include various contracting models based on commercials and scope. Ensure highest standard of administration for housekeeping, security, landscaping and employee services. Provide superior client service to exceed expectations of SLAs. Implement and share best practices across all accounts thereby creating value for my esteemed clients. Strategic oversight for the vendor governance program for compliance, score cards and vendor staffing numbers.

Successfully completed a full time PG Course in Management at NMIMS, Mumbai to acquire skills for a smooth transition to the corporate world.

Established Office LAN and implemented cyber security. Enabled a non-intrusive and crash-free computer environment.Spearheaded ‘Project Kshamta’; an IT skills honing up programme in collaboration with Microsoft for Army Personnel.Developed 'Tambola Console' Software for efficient use in clubs.

Coordinated inter-dependent activities of all Army Air Defence entities in the Southern Theatre at a Strategic Level.Established Office LAN and implemented network security resulting in zero observations by the Cyber Audit Team from Army HQ. Implemented Document Management System (including data backups) for a near paperless office.

Administration of Digital Printing Press and Production of complete Publications and training material for distance and e-learning of Army War College.Converted the Photography section from Analog to Digital and imparted training on image editing and management using various application softwares.Implemented employee attendance system using Biometric Control System. Developed database management application to import data from biometric scanner and generate reports as per requirement.Developed office utility softwares for day to day functioning.Developed ‘Pay Management System’ software and distributed it to over 400 units of the Indian Army. Trained personnel of various units on its implementation.Established Departmental LAN and implemented network security including LAN monitoring.

Established Multimedia lab, Trained personnel on Video, Audio and Image editing.Single handedly made Army related documentaries using following softwares :a) Adobe Premiere (Video Editing).b) Adobe Audition (Audio Editing).c) Adobe After Effects (Special Effects).d) Adobe Photoshop (Image Editing).e) Macromedia Flash (2D Animation).f) 3D Xara (3D Titling).g) TMPEG (MPEG Encoding).Attached with Strategic headquarters during operations in 2002 for managing computers and improving talent efficiency.Developed accommodation and inventory management systems.Imparted training on computer fundamentals, hardware, applications and multimedia.

In addition to active participation in counter insurgency operations, prepared the 'Intelligence Compendium' using a Relational Database Management System. The complete demographic data of the Area of Responsibility of the Battalion was captured, processed and presented as a Compendium.This compendium was adjudged runners-up out of 17 units in the Division.Demonstrated and implemented the Synergetic use of GPS in conjunction with hand held RF Direction Finders. This was successfully used for pinpointing the location of Radio transmission by Militants.
