Through 15+ years international experience in the Energy and Healthcare industries including 8 years in executive roles in M&A, FP&A, Commercial finance, and CFO of a global field services company in the Energy sector, I have had the opportunity to transform businesses multiple times in my career. Commercial Finance and FP&A Leader for Onshore Wind North America with $7BN in annual revenues. Key responsibilities as FP&A Leader include partnering with CEO/CFO on business goals, strategy and planning; financial planning, analysis and reporting; driving finance automation and data analytics; overseeing cost productivity and growth plans for the business. Key responsibilities as Commercial Finance leader include supporting the commercial teams on deal pipeline, pricing, project execution models and deal financing on numerous mega-deals with customers and various external financial institutions. During 2021 we delivered 58% incremental profits YOY although our revenue was down 7% YOY through cost productivity and implementing stronger operating rigor. We also improved our working capital for the business by ~$700M through daily management of our accounts receivables, past dues, inventory build and disbursements. Our execution greatly helped offset the cyclical market dynamics and short term external pressure driven by PTC (Production Tax Credit) regulatory approval timing.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of the Board for FieldCore, a GE Company. FieldCore is a field services company (100% owned, uncontrolled affiliate of GE) providing field services to GE customers in Power, Renewables and Oil&Gas Segments. The business is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with 10,000+ employees globally. As CFO for FieldCore, we established a new company globally, transformed field services through implementing new standard processes and systems. We were able to generate ~$300M cost productivity and scale 3X in size in 4 years. The finance team in FieldCore consists of ~200 colleagues globally who are instrumental in overseeing finance operations of the company which include business strategy decisions and operating plan, financial planning and analysis, accounting and internal controls, statutory and regulatory compliance, finance shared services, managing retirement and pension funds, payroll operations and tax compliance.

Was in-charge of GE Power service's Alstom integration planning - specifically around the business structure, process flows and tax strategy. Lead a global team of 40+ to establish GE Power Service's HQ in Switzerland post Alstom acquisition and was instrumental in establishing a new business structure, process flows and ERP strategy to enable integration of the two businesses (GE Power Services and Alstom Thermal Services) in about 50 countries. The integration efforts resulted in $1Bn+ cash synergies to the company. Gained in depth knowledge of country level regulations, mechanisms and complexity of doing business in various regions globally. The integration required a business level cross functional change management and working with various GE Officers and Senior Executives for integration strategy decisions within the GE Power business.

Was part of GE's premier leadership development program for 4 years - primarily focussed on leading global teams of upto ~25, real-world audits, company level strategic initiatives and advisory projects. Worked in ~15 countries and across various GE Industrial and Capital businesses. Some notable transformation projects that I was part of - establishing GE global finance shared services, GE Energy delayering, GE Digital's Industrial Internet start-up, Assessing GE's global tax controls, Services business strategy for Power, Aviation & Oil&Gas, Assessing commercial and 3rd party controls across Asia, GE Appliances divestiture, GE Healthcare revenue recognition etc.

Lead PWC GAAP, Statutory, Tax and compliance audits for various listed MNCs in India. Gained in depth experience in manufacturing and retail sectors.
