I’m Błażej, the Chief Product Officer and Psychometrics Lead at Gyfted, where I combine behavioral psychology, data science, and intuitive design to create a gamified career agent that helps students, juniors, and professionals secure their next job. With over 17 years of experience in teaching, researching, and consulting on statistics, research methods, and psychometrics, I drive the development of Gyfted’s psychometric models and data-driven product features. In addition to my work at Gyfted, I also lead an experimental psychology lab at SWPS University, where I focus on research in decision-making, social cognition, and online surveys. I’ve contributed to various academic articles, book chapters, and run workshops on UX design and data visualization. When I’m not working, you can find me running marathons, cycling and drinking coffee.
