Hi there. I speak, write, and create rules by which to live my life...which I often speak and write about. Living by self-imposed rules sounds bizarre because it is bizarre, but it also helps me live a complete life by allowing me to focus on what matters and pay no attention to the rest. I help inspire audience members at conferences, in classrooms, and within organizations to focus on what matters to them and disregard the noise. I've since authored two "Cancer-Slaying Super Man" memoirs and countless personal essays.
