Back in June of 2017, I helped bring Pottery Barn Grand Boulevard to life with the General Manager. I was hired on as Assistant Manager over the Sales & Service department. My role was to ensure the store, Designers and sales team met their sale goals. I individually met with Designers each shift to discuss the progress they were making towards their goals and to give any advice on home projects they had going on. Once they completed their projects, I called clients and discussed their satisfaction with their expereince with Pottery Barn.With other team members, I also met with them once a week and discussed their sales and KPIs. Together we made their weekly/monthly goals and an action plan to ensure success. When I wasn't conferencing or creating our business plan, I was actively on the floor assisting with selling, visuals and meeting with clients to help design their home.

Starting back in 2010, I worked my way up the ladder by creating documents in which helped boost sales within the company. During the six years I was with Kate Spade, I was head of all retail DORs. Below you will see all of my accomplishments and strengths used while employed.In 2015, I created an Excel document that calculated sales and KPIs our store. These numbers were calculated for the current day, week, month, quarter and year. The District Manager requested me to add all the South East stores to help them plan their business.The DM also designated me as head of a business program for the South East district. I held monthly calls to discuss all analyzed business and action plans. I shared wins and losses as a team.Operational: Scheduling a 20+ staff using StoreForce, Weekly change orders, 10% audit of all merchandise, Received merchandise, Payroll, Interviews and training.Business: Analyzed weekly numbers to create action plans for the week, Implemented a business lead contest within the store, Lead monthly conference calls regarding business with the SE district, Recorded client sales.Visual: Performed monthly floorsets.Personal Accomplishments: Maintained above $300 SPH (Sold per hour), Personal sales placed me at 14 in the company, Received positive customer feedback keeping me at 100% satisfaction.

During my time in the teaching program, I was allowed the opportunity to co-teach Kindergarten, 1st Grade Inclusion, Third Grade, Fourth Grade, and experience in RTI (Response to Intervention). Forsyth is known for how advanced they are in technology use in their schools which allowed me to gain multiple resources such as; Weebly, Reading Rocket, Kahoot, and more.

Following Georgia Performance Standards, I taught a class of nine preschool students using differentiated lesson plans. I created each lesson plan and gathered materials needed.
