I am a passionate procurement professional helping companies to engage with right partners for their buying options, be it supply / service requirements, with expertise in Strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation & development, negotiation, end to end contract management, implementing best practices & policies with experience in handling Global procurement.My professional journey started with JSW steel ltd & thereafter enjoyed working with various sectors like EMS (Quad Electronics), MEP services (Sterling & Wilson) & IT services (WIPRO). Currently, I am working with Givaudan, Fragrance & flavor manufacturer, a Global MNC. I strongly believe that exposure to multiple sectors & wide range of products / services have given an cutting edge advantage to my continuous learning & utilising those skills set in better analysis, decision making & building strong relationships.I have completed my graduation in Mechanical engineering from RVCE, Bangalore & have Masters' in Business Administration from XIBMS, Bangalore. Also, I have completed One year Executive Program in General Management from IIM-Ahmedabad. Further, I am certified with the Six Sigma Green belt.With strong expertise & experience, I could transform Procurement Functions from a mere ‘Functional Role’ to more of a ‘Strategic Role’ by evolving & deploying innovative ideas, procurement best practices, policies, strategies & processes with improvements in cost & cash flow, eliciting profitable and sustainable growth of the organization.I have been appreciated with "Star Employee Award" for reducing Operating Cost/kg by negotiating & implementing long term Fixed price contracts for 'High spend' & critical categories and implementing various initiatives & cost reduction projects using DMAIC and other CI tools.Whenever I am free, you can see me chilling out with my kids with lovely music or playing my favourite games (Badminton,Football,Table tennis etc.) with friends.
