- Conduct a systematic and sectorial gender analysis for the "Establishing a Green Alliance with Local Communities" program in Central Kongo, DRC.- Create a database with the current situation and gender baseline for the program implementation team of the WWF in Kongo Central, DRC. - Map the actors in the field of gender equality and social inclusion in the project's areas of intervention. Propose a monitoring and evaluation plan with data collection tools to track gender indicators. - Develop a gender equality strategy based on the analysis results.

I conduct thematic or cross-cutting studies and operational research projects to better understand the challenges faced by humanitarian and nonprofit professionals, particularly the dynamics of crisis and post-crisis contexts, in order to inform decision-making and enable the adaptation of practices. I also conduct studies and research in response to specific requests on key sector issues or current challenges. I help implement projects, evaluate projects, develop data collection tools and methods, and conduct training in humanitarian action.

I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the academy, including personnel management, program development, and implementation, and ensuring that the organization achieves its goals and objectives.2. I develop and implement programs to promote peace and reconciliation in the DRC. This involves working with local communities to identify areas of conflict and develop strategies to resolve these issues. I work with government representatives and other stakeholders to advocate for policies that support peacebuilding efforts in the region.3. I manage staff and volunteers. This involves recruiting and training new staff, providing ongoing support and supervision, and ensuring that everyone works effectively together to achieve the organization's goals.4. In addition, I am responsible for fundraising and financial management. This involves developing grant proposals, maintaining relationships with donors, and ensuring that the organization operates within its budget.

I conduct in-depth research and evaluations to help humanitarians tackle their most difficult problems for more powerful local solutions. I lead participatory and mixed methods research including baseline, mid-term, and final evaluation of projects, during and after humanitarian crises. I examine global dynamics and trends in innovative, cutting-edge technology, and climate.

Congo Dynamique Initiative accelerates and systematizes the process of identifying, developing, empowering, and mentoring potential entrepreneurs in the DRC by providing them with a comprehensive and integrated range of supports that include microloans, incubator space, business support services, and clustering and networking opportunities. Our goal is to generate a steady flow of accountable leaders, ethical entrepreneurs, and new businesses with above-average job and wealth creation in the DRC to eradicate poverty.

A youth empowerment project designed to prevent juvenile criminalities and promote peace by offering young adults skills and resources they need to take advantage of legitimate economic opportunities to improve themselves rather than joining rebels who are wreaking devastation throughout the country.
