My experience includes holding Executive positions within my own and various joint-venture businesses and I currently hold a non-executive Board position with Heliostar Metals Ltd.My core competencies include:• Problem Solving & Analysis: I respond enthusiastically to challenges, and being inquisitively curious, I always seek to understand “why”. I solve problems through rationality, logic, and rigorous analysis.• Leadership: I am cooperative by nature and believe the best results come from teamwork and the camaraderie of others’ participation. I actively seek information, opinions, and advice from those around me. This approach inspires enthusiasm, improves morale, and engenders collaboration.• Profit Awareness: I have a keen eye for recognizing and responding to financial opportunities and seek to contribute to the growth of the business.
