Responsible for maximizing realization of client’s assets by managing human resources issues, real estate relationships, expense control, and other critical areas Directly involved in the disposition or valuation of nearly $55 million of assets in North America

Managed the liquidation of excess, obsolete, distressed, or underperforming inventories during bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic downsizing or repositioning. Oversaw retail operations including projections and budgets, training, human resources, loss prevention, merchandising, customer service, and marketing/advertising. Conducted field evaluations of existing retail operations, assessing inventory, assets, and operations for due diligence reporting.

Supervised all company owned stores in the Northeast and Midwest regions. Direct P&L responsibility. Managed local and regional advertising; assisted in national marketing and promotional planning. Implemented national sales incentive and promotional programs; established common operational procedures. Developed and implemented training and performance evaluation programs.
