14th Indonesian Film Festival is a not-for-profit organisation aiming to promote Indonesian film industry in Australia, and it is one of the biggest Indonesian event in Australia. The festival consists of 5 special events and 6-days movie screening, working together with Australian Centre for Moving Image (ACMI). For some of the special events and the movie screening, we fly our guest stars all the way from Indonesia, that could be a director, producer, writer or even the actors of the film. As a co-project manager, I work closely with the executive members (project manager, secretary and treasurer) on supervising, maintaining external relationships and major decision making for all divisions with 65 committees. I mainly supervise 2 out of 6 divisions; program and creative division. Program division is in charge of arranging all the events; from venue, film choices, guest star choices, and logistics. Whereas creative division is in charge of all design materials, website, and documentation.The festival, in its 14th year had achieved the following: - Overall profit of >$16,000 - Overall occupancy of 70% with more than 3,000 attendees- Increased overall occupancy for Educational Screening by 40% (Overall: 92%) hosted more than 700 students across Victoria - Doubled the number of submissions for Short Film Competition and increased its international exposure given our winner was from Iran

13th Indonesian Film Festival is a not-for-profit organisation aiming to promote Indonesian film industry in Australia. As a program officer, I was in charge of planning and organising one of the pre-events which was an outdoor film screening. The event had successfully gain more exposure as we had 400+ attendees in which it had doubled in comparison to the previous year.

12th Indonesian Film Festival is a not-for-profit organisation promoting Indonesian film industry in Australia. As a ticketing officer, I had responsibilities such as : • Managed one of the event's ticketing • Answered telephones and messages of the customers regarding the event's information and complaints • Maintained a good communication with the other divisions regarding new informations for the customers
