Monitoring the technical drawings required for construction; plan and minor modifications as and when required in drawings. Making site visits and negotiation with vendors/ contractors.3. Also involving in coordinating the needs of the clients, staff and other service providers such as MEP consultants, Structural & Civil Engineers, Interior designers and Landscape architects.4. Looking after necessary compliances of the project with building byelaws and zonal regulations based on masterplans, environmental clearances or NoCs, permissions from CMCs and development authorities, and local legislations as required by law. 5. Ensuring compliance of construction detail documentation to quality control and best practices.6. Attending field reviews, on-site meetings and project meetings, and coordinate schedule reviews and submission of samples.7. Performing project research and support Project Manager to write specifications; engaged in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues.
