Human Resources Operations Specialist
Current• Oversight of full-cycle background check and I-9 verification processes for all new hires• Facilitate weekly new hire orientation for all new hires, in addition to maintaining orientation program updates as needed• Management of HR inbox to ensure inquiries are acted on in a timely manner, and routed to proper personnel as needed• Review, process, and audit all employee and organizational data changes within Workday• Maintain HR and confidential files• Assist the Payroll team with bi-weekly review of employee timecards and time off requests for accuracy, as well as ensuring payroll compliance through audit controls • Maintain Recognition email inbox, including the review, processing, and communication related to recognition requests • Provide support as needed on various projects and to the recruiting team
