Human Resources Operations Specialist
Current- Oversight of full-cycle background check and I-9 verification processes for all new hires
- Facilitate weekly new hire orientation for all new hires, in addition to maintaining orientation program updates as needed
- Management of HR inbox to ensure inquiries are acted on in a timely manner, and routed to proper personnel as needed
- Review, process, and audit all employee and organizational data changes within Workday
- Maintain HR and confidential files
- Assist the Payroll team with bi-weekly review of employee timecards and time off requests for accuracy, as well as ensuring payroll compliance through audit controls
