Human Resources Regional Manager

Human Resources Generalist
- Provide a range of human resources support and consultation to four clinics and three patient residential locations, including but not limited to: full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, leadership development, performance management, compensation, preparing and maintaining HR metrics and reports, policy interpretation, and organizational effectiveness. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, initial assessments, interviewing, offers and negotiations, as well as all on-boarding activities- Assist in managing student internships/fellowships, including securing student agreements, housing, background checks, stipends, training, etc.- Develop and implement activities for the employee activities committee- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices- Provided coaching and guidance to management to improve employee engagement, performance, development, and succession planning- Assists with the management and implementation of HR policies and procedures at the residential site and provide support to residential management during state investigations- Subject matter expert on benefits: medical, dental, STD/LTD, life insurance, FSA/HSA, and 401k- Manage routine functions and administration of employee leaves of absence process, coordinate pay and benefits continuation with payroll staff, and manage all ADA accommodation request- Assist with the open enrollment process, and ensure benefit enrollments and terminations are processed timely- Participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations- Track and maintain license verification for all therapist, counselors, directors, and admin staff- Development and present employee monthly engagement activities
