For over 20-years, I worked in many different roles in video & film production: producing, directing, scriptwriting, editing, operating camera and all the roles that make a proper film great. My branding background has centred me on ensuring brand equity goes up after each project I undertake. Since starting MM I've had hands-on control over every aspect of production for my clients. My role as EP is to make sure all projects achieve the proper business outcome for clients, on time and on budget. I supervise every aspect of the production process: brand direction, creative direction, budgeting, managing producers & directors, freelancers, casting and other crew. At the end of the day, a proper made film is like an arrow that hits its intended target creating the desired impact and result. That is what I work for everyday.

A boutique brand agency in Singapore. I was involved in many branding and media projects for large corporations. My role was to manage media operations within the company; collaborate with clients and lead media projects that create impact (according to brand objectives). We worked with a range of clients with versatile needs, it was my job to deliver the best creative work I was capable of in the time/budget requirements.

I produced all in-house video promotions for the University. UAT is a university specialising on video game design, graphic design, filmmaking & computer networking. My main objective was to work with my managers to create creative visual content to promote the institution's culture to students, staff and new candidates.
