- Develop project specifications for power plant civil systems and managed document tracking.- Consolidate quantities for structural steel in power plant systems and performed cost-of-materialsestimations. - Review bids from consortium partners and ensure it meets the specification requirements.- Oversee and direct the design and purchasing process of plant civil structures performed byoutside engineering firms. - Review customer requirements and site specific environmental conditions.- Support coordinating civil interfaces between Gas and Steam turbines, as well as overall plantengineering. - Advise and support Research and Development projects.
