I am a complex litigator with a nationwide practice primarily focused on representing qui tam whistleblowers under the False Claims Act.As a veteran, I have a deep appreciation for the integrity and courage of whistleblowers. I served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force JAG Corps as both a federal prosecutor and criminal defense lawyer. I tried multiple cases to judges and juries. I also served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado and regularly appeared in federal court. As a Judge Advocate, I deployed to Qatar in support of Operations Inherent Resolve and Freedom’s Sentinel. For me, representing whistleblowers is a continuation of service to my country as my practice allows me to partner with federal agencies to deter and prosecute fraud, corporate greed, public health crises, misuse of Medicare dollars, and other threats to taxpayers, financial markets, and the U.S. treasury.My law firm has prosecuted False Claims Act cases on behalf of whistleblowers longer than any law firm in America. Our whistleblower cases have led to the return of more than $1 Billion to the U.S. treasury, with proportional amounts to our clients.
