Beyond that, he focusses on bringing people together to deliver programs of work for our customers. He supports and encourages any initiative in getting the job done more efficiently and doesn’t hesitate at taking on responsibilities that may not have started in his remit in order to remove any blockers. I, personally, was always encouraged and supported in my pursuits, with Brian quick to praise any achievements. This is why, having worked for a number of managers, Brian stands out to me as being one of the best.
