I've worked in the wellness industry for over 10 years! I began my career as a yoga teacher at the age of 19. I didn't know it then but this would be just the start of a long and exciting road in the fitness and wellness space. Over the past ten years, I've worked in studio management, content creation, customer support, and just about everything in between. I've worked in a variety of environments including yoga studios, boutique fitness studios, fitness/wearable tech companies, remote-focused start-ups, and independent gyms.The last two years have unexpectedly disrupted the fitness space in a major way. While it was difficult to see many of those changes, I do see a reason to be excited. The fitness and wellness space is growing, becoming more aligned with the client's core values and goals. Becoming more inclusive and accessible. I'm always excited to work alongside people and companies ready to be a part of this shift!
