Provide leadership and delivery of the event management activities of the NCER and School, which include conferences, seminars, and public lectures. Coordinate the processing of unit outlines, examinations and timetabling

. Provide career guidance and support to students in small groups and individually. Plan, design and faciliate workshops to develop employability skills required in the future world of work. Reimagine and redesign the Career Mentor Scheme to best support students and staff in an innovative and new working environment. Create opportunities and initiatives to foster student engagement and learning

. Responsible for the sucessful coordination of the Scheme which has been operating for 25 years' making it one of the oldest mentoring programs in Australia. Manage the financial functions . Plan, coordinate and deliver the three high-profile university-wide events associated with the Scheme. Build and engage with our community through regular newsletters and social media posts. Supervise the assisting administrative officer
