As a branch banker at PNC, I assisted customers with complete solutions to their financial needs. I held proactive sales conversations throughout different interaction channels and created customer loyalty through personal interactions. I also helped lead the implementation of new technology used in the branch. Throughout everything, I managed risk by following all policies and regulations to avoid loss.

In charge of NASCAR content for the site. Write a weekly NASCAR race recap, as well as occasionally contributing to the weekly NASCAR podcast. Also ran the CLNS NASCAR Twitter page on race days and throughout the week.

With Target, my main work center was electronics, where I was in charge of setting the new release movies, music and video games. I was also cross-trained in numerous other work centers throughout the store. I was certified to work on the sales floor, backroom and the in-store shipping program. I was also the backup receiver and I filled in for a coworker as the Property Management Technician.I then became a General Merchandise Team Lead. The main focus of my job was to lead the team that unloads trucks, and then I helped oversee the team that pushed on the sales floor. I also conducted interviews with prospective team members and spoke to vendors about product placement. I was a key-carrier and could open and close the store by myself.

Helped research current and prospective clients in various forms of media. Worked on media and stakeholder lists for various clients throughout numerous media markets. Assisted in updating training slides for client media training sessions. Worked on multiple client accounts with a focus on social media, crisis communication and crisis management.

Helped plan a fundraising walk for the Kane Foundation and ran a Facebook and Twitter profile for the Kane Foundation. Designed new brochures for the Kane Regional Centers and did outreach to local hospitals.
