Train outside techs in the following, Initial Fiber installation & Fiber Troubleshooting w/FST & CFST. Managed training, education, technology support, metrics, compliance, data, logistics, tools and meters, and mentoring. Work with AT&T Environment, Health and Safety Department. Perform risk management assessment to ensure safety of students, equipment and AT&T property before conducting hands-on-training. Responsibilities also may include training net managementin subject matter related to network engineering, outside plant, cable placement and repair,provisioning and maintenance, central office operations, and premises installation and repair.May be required to maintain training labs.
