Being a member of the management team (MT) I am supporting and steering in the tasks and responsibilities of the policy team (team leaders and coordinators). I focus on the efficiency of internal collaborations with the various schools within Saxion and the life-long-development (LLO) approach of the Saxion Parttime School (SPS). Striving for the development and improvement of the educational concept, organisation of education and its societal value is key. I aim to find new opportunities and stimulate innovations. A central theme in my work is creating smart and efficient improvements and to make sure that the LLO-services Saxion offers are relevant and connected to industry dynamics. I represent Saxion as a knowledge-development-partner for LLO in regional and national networks (for Universities of Applied Sciences) and on behalf of SPS in our internal Saxion Managers Meeting (SMO).

I lead a team of educational professionals. Together we take responsibility for the master programs at the Saxion Hospitality Business School. Our portfolio consists of 3 programs: The Master of Business Administration (MBA), the Master of Arts in Management (MA) and the Master Facility and Real Estate Management (MSc). Being a member of the policy team at the Hospitality Business School I am involved in developing and implementing strategic policies. As the team manager and coordinator for parttime education at the Hospitality Business School, I am involved in planning, facilitation and development of the parttime programs in Hotel-, Tourism- and Facility Management.
