Mr Marsh has 25+ years of industrial real estate experience in acquisitions, dispositions and development representing investment in excess of $ 1 Billion. Major development projects include Capital Park South a 9 building master planned park of 2.7 msf and Prologis Park 70 Etna a 300+ acre project with a total development of more than 5 msf and more than $ 400 million in investment. For Prologis Park 70 Etna Mr. Marsh structured a unique economic incentive package which includes a Joint Economic Development Zone and Tax Increment Financing to fund a portion of the parks infrastructure cost. This was the first project of its kind in Ohio. Tenants include Amazon, XPO, Coty & Genco.
