Coordinated the M&E activities of fifteen government-funded projects to bring technology to public schools in all regions of Brazil. Responsible for several deliverables, such as establishing a network of Universities and Research Centers, development of dashboards, case studies, knowledge-sharing events, and writing reports. Recruited and managed a team composed of researchers and data analysts. Responsible for coordination with the team of evaluation experts, and project sponsors.

Coordinated a network of NGOs located in seven countries. Developed cooperation strategies among member countries and expansion of the network. Responsible for writing proposals and for reporting to major donors. Two major achievements were securing funding through a grant from the Inter-American Development Bank for the establishment of an office in El Salvador and submitting a successful proposal to be featured on the UN Solutions Summit 2018.

Coordinated the team in charge of training and educational content development for one of Brazil’s most renowned Digital Empowerment NGOs. Responsible for developing curricula for online courses for youth, public school teachers, and librarians on the use of technology. Tailored educational proposals for projects according to goals and scope.

Developed and delivered workshops on the use of technology for the development of social and emotional skills in underserved youth for different audiences – public school teachers, librarians and social educators. Created educational content for both online and in-classroom classes – training guides and toolkits for educators, and educational videos.
