I was in charge of project management and lead development for a wide range of full-stack applications. We built some industry changing CRMs and some really innovative stuff. My role would involve close collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. I would have to report to both QA team and also our stakeholders on a regular basis. My job was to manage as many projects as possible while managing all aspects of said projects.

I was a project manager and lead developer for this fast paced full-stack development agency. I was responsible for overseeing team collaboration, staying in close communication with our multi-continent team and overseeing the development of our projects.Key technologies used:NodeJS, React, PHP, Python, LLMs, Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and my favorite C++, among others of-course.I was responsible for application design, infrastructure design, and team collaboration. I am excellent in communication and organizing systems, and teams are no different. I directed the use of various tools such as Slack, Jira, Git, I would assign issues, draft issues, and plan and assist in developing the application infrastructure.
