Job Profile: Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and e mails from Property Owners as well as regular client , fixing appointments with client & co ordinate with other departments of company, managing the office diary for department, generating various Property Reports to Property Owners, dealing with new prospective buyer and tenants. Preparing property NOC and maintained property records for each property, handling outgoing and incoming invoices. Providing a complete customer service satisfaction as per company regulations to Property Owners/landlords at all times.

• Provide inbound and outbound telephone support to customers.• Ensure that customer’s requirements are met to deadline.• Escalate and follow-up of cases requiring further action.• Work with the support team to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.• Work with customers to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded. • Serve as first point of contact with handling standard inquiries, new accounts, and service issues• Deal with complaints by phone and in-person, updating delivery addresses and handling renewals.• Make contact with new clients to generate new business.• Assist to improve relationships with the customers by analysing data prior to highlighting any trends or areas of concern.• Ensure customer satisfaction through the provision of excellent quality service by resolving complex customer queries in an accurate, polite, intelligent, courteous and timely manner. • Develop and maintain positive relations with customers.• Provide customers with accurate delivery information just in case of late deliveries.• Adhere to latest training and support standards and procedures. • Sending Subscription order forms to new subscribers through, email, fax or News Boys.• Preparing invoices.• Log Customers complains in the system and sending the report to my immediate Manager daily through mail.
