• Serve as first point of contact with handling standard inquiries, new accounts, and service issues

• Job involves drafting and typing of letters, forms and other general information’s. Scrutinizing all visitors and incoming calls, Fixing appointments and maintaining the G.M’s dairy.
• Arrangements of all international trips, including complex Itineraries, flight bookings and hotel accommodations, interacting with wide variety of personalities while scheduling meetings/ appointments and making travel.
• Keeping the GM abreast on production and other departmental activities while away on extended business tours.
• Other general task include maintaining computer back ups, preparing Management reports, maintaining confidential records, Regular checkup of E-mail, fax and maintaining filling system.
