I help companies make schedules and metrics that are useful for them and their customers.Some examples include: * Developed procedures for creating and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules that complied with USACE and NAVFAC specifications while providing actionable business data. The procedures included an enterprise-wide conversion effort so that the P6 schedules would integrate with new Project Management software and Power BI. * Developed Project Management policies and procedures for the 7 hospitals and other CHI facilities within Kentucky. I worked with leaders across all the departments and facilities to learn how different groups performed Project Management. I assessed the organization’s Project Management Maturity and laid out a plan to grow to Organizational Project Management Maturity level 3. The procedures I developed were in line with the PMBOK and the organization’s needs. * Developed initial phase schedule for Permanent Canal Closures and Pumping Stations project for US Army Corps of Engineers in New Orleans, LA. The schedule encompassed a $40M engineering effort utilizing 5 disciplines and 130 individual design packages.
