Review and sign-off solutions design ensuring high availability, security, reliability and disaster recovery based on business requirements.50% hands-on and 50% coach the team to set up standards:- Infra and APM monitoring, and alerts (NewRelic)- Security Auditing and alerts (Wazuh)- On-boarding and off-boarding process- CI/CD standard for different applications- Infra as Code standard and Terraform modules- DevSecOps - codes and libraries scan with quality gate- Release checklist, process and management- SRE practice (SLAs and SLOs) with dashboards- DevOps tickets system- Platform permission system

- Manage and lead 5 cloud consulting experts on the best practice in AWS solution designs, developing and implementing strategy and execution plans for strategic customer engagements aligned with business goals.- Drive C-level discussions and work closely with both our clients and our Sourced consulting team to tailor and define cloud adoption and strategies

- Lead 3 consultants and consult, design, validate, present and implement AWS solutions for clients with taking High Availability, Disaster Recovery, RTO and RPO into consideration.

- Develop, deploy and support projects' infrastructure based on business/project requirements with demo to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Integrate third-party services and contribute to internal toolings.
