I am dedicated to a lifelong pursuit of learning personally, and partnering with corporations, teams and individuals as we envision, design and achieve our goals and dreams. My medical experience includes working with adolescents and adults battling addiction as both a counselor and manager. I served the elderly population by managing geriatrics and dementia units. I partnered to build an outdoor learning company (Adventures In Reality, Inc.) which provided outdoor therapy opportunities as well as the construction and training of similar facilities for others. The oil & gas industry, (Global Marine and ENSCO) discovered the benefits of this outdoor, hands on learning with the assistance of Randy Smith Training and I found myself in the facilitation, training and coaching business. I have continued this work with Seadrill via The REACH Group; as a consultant with Equilibria for Chevron and Transocean; and finally working with Rowan, ARO, Enterprise and Seadrill with The Callen Group and SANAD with Safety 24/7. I have worked world-wide in over 40 countries and developed many friends throughout these travels. I intend to continue serving as a trainer/coach while learning, growing and sharing this adventure with my wife, kids, grandkids, and friends I've been blessed with along the way.
