- Look for adjunct professors for academic programs in SKEMA Suzhou- Prepare professors for teaching in a SKEMA Way of Learning (SKWOL)- Supervise the teaching quality in SKEMA Suzhou- Manage student service team in SKEMA Suzhou, offering academic services, culture activities, student associations, visa, housing, foreign students daily life, etc.- Deal with issues on both professor and student side during the semester- Work regularly with SKEMA France to update programs in Suzhou, cooperate with Student Office team in French campuses to offer students a better experience - Work with the other 6 SKEMA campuses in France, USA, Brazil, South Africa to manage student transition, program operation and global projects
