• A contract manufacturing company participating in the new product introductions of Apple products.
• Developed water resistance automated testing machine, including the machine body and six fixtures for leak detection at various locations on the iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus in 2016.
• Engineered vibration motor testing system with an acoustic chamber, featuring a fixture for holding the motor, a microphone for acoustic measurement, and a load cell for vibration measurement on iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus.
• Developed crown torque testing machine, including a Bruker’s Universal Mechanical Tester and two fixtures for holding two Apple Watches in 2015.
• Validated camera automated testing systems with seven stations, five dedicated to inspect the orientations and color sensitivity of the camera on iPhone 5S in 2014.
• Programmed Excel VBA to collect and represent testing data for GR&R validation of camera testing machines for iPhone 5S in 2014.
