    1. NUS Procurement Policy Review ProjectUniversity Procurement Manual (UPM) Review project, led by Office of Deputy President (Administration) (ODPA), looks into the review of the existing procurement policy and procedures to better fulfill the needs of the business units (including faculties, schools, research institutes and departments) in the university. My job scope in this project is to support stakeholders from various functions to gather business requirement and feedback, and to integrate the information to facilitate senior management’s decision making during the regular project steering committee meetings. Furthermore, as a sub-stream of this project, I led the team of procurement and IT specialists to establish a new procurement portal to facilitate the new procurement processes and documentation within the university. 2. Central Administration Transformation Program Management As the headquarter of the university’s central administration, ODPA provides strategic directions in various administrative functions including corporate compliance, Finance Matters, Human Resources, Information and Technology, Legal Affairs, Procurement and Risk Management. As the program manager, my key role is to keep track of the progress of these functions by departments’ monthly reports and to flag out any potential risk or delays of the key initiatives if any. Furthermore, these progress updates are regularly consolidated into a master living document for Deputy President’s review and reporting purpose. 3. Secretariat for Administrative Directors’ Meeting (ADM) ADM, chaired by Deputy President (Administration), is a campus‐wide platform for the direct dissemination of information on key administrative matters. As the secretariat, my job scope covers the logistics planning, agenda confirmation & preparation as well as minutes recording.

Campus Connectivity ProjectAs one of the top missions to promote active mobility within the campus, Office of Vice President (Campus Infra) place great emphasis on the smooth and sheltered pedestrian walkway as well as cycling network for students and staff among various destinations. Hence, this campus connectivity survey study has be conducted to achieved the initial objectives of validating the main factors affecting students’ decision on walking and cycling through data analysis. It also helps to establish considerations which may facilitate the Office of Vice-President, Campus Infrastructure (OVPCI)’s future development of connectivity plans and policies, reflective of the campus’ needs. For instance, it provides, with statistical evidence, the top locations/routes where sheltered network for walking/cycling shall be improved to benefit the student community to the largest extent. 2. Energy Taskforce ProjectEnergy taskforce is a committee chaired by Vice President, which focuses on the energy savings initiatives in a strategic approach. At the pilot stage, top energy consuming buildings with high EUI are identified to implement energy saving campaigns from both behavior and engineering solutions. Throughout the pilot phase, plan-do-check-act project management framework is implemented to continuously review the effectiveness of the implementation.
