The Vice-Commodore shall perform such duties as from time to time shall be prescribed by the Board of Directors, and, in the absence of the Commodore, shall perform the duties of that office. The Vice-Commodore shall be Chairman of the House Committee, and responsible for activities on the Club premises.

A concept taken to reality locally. Inspired by a friend and fellow environmentalist, we sought out a new venue to increase social interaction and education, in a fun setting. It's a great exchange of ideas and networking.Currently, Green Drinks Libertyville events take place on the second Tuesday of each month in the private second floor of O'Toole's Libertyville. Each event is kicked-off by a brief presentation, followed by an open forum and plenty of time to network, socialize, eat and drink! Event topics are diverse and have ranged from bee biology to sustainable breweries. We average 45-60 attendees per event, many of whom represent local organizations, clubs and businesses. We developed a dedicated steering committee who plans and attends the monthly events. Our committee is a diverse group of professionals who all bring something different to the table. I, also strongly attribute Green Drinks Libertyville's success to, not only, the committee, but also the community-minded management at O'Toole's Libertyville and their local food sourcing and culinary innovations.
