Heyshop is a new retail business that blurs the edges between online and offline retail strategies.Each store is between 600-1,000sqm, and incorporates a wide variety of technology. More than just a gimmick, technology bridges the data gap between physical in-store consumer interaction and online behavior tracked across Heyshop-powered Mini Programs.

• Working on creating a social Business intelligence analytic system as a product manager which include “broadcast analyze”,” user insight analyze”, ”official account competitor analyze ”.(Demo is ready if required)• Create visualization tool by using D3.js and other data visualization library to generate customer online behavior.• Create a HTML5 based data visualization library, which is embedded in all production lines (like High-chart).• Provide social media platform report/Customized report which include filtered useful analysis dimensions to the client and help them analyzing their online digital marketing strategy

• Working on SSA DCPS Management Information project to create reports towards nationwide SSA users.• Working with SSA system administration team to set the Microstrategy environment in SSA. • Interacted with the end users from SSA extensively and gathered the business requirements, visually map them to report requirements.• Working as report chief architect working with data modeling team to create logical data model (more than 200 tables) based on the report requirements.• Acted as the architect in creating the hierarchy and schema objects in this team.• Created mock up reports and dashboards ,for each report, provide multiple solutions(For example, provide calendar prompt or time hierarchy prompt for one report) to users.• Created security filter for mock up reports based on the privilege of different uses.• Created intelligence cube based report and non-cube based reports to compare report execution performance against high volume sample data, provide comparison document to end users.• Using Microstrategy web SDK to change launch page order(user will see login page first, after login, then see welcome page), Changed welcome page layout, replaced Microstrategy logo with SSA official logo, changed prompt style.• working on development of 9 subject areas with more than 100 reports. • Conducted trainings for business users and other teams in MI(For example, ETL team, Validation team).

• Redesigned data warehouse schema to support MicroStrategy 9.x, worked with database architect to transfer transactional database to snow flake schema data warehouse.• Working with data modeling team to resolve data modeling issue include slow changing dimension, many to many relation, fact level extension to fit report requirements.• Acted as the Architect/Developer in gathering user requirements, wrote project plan documentation.• Created basic and complex MicroStrategy components such as metrics, filters, prompts, transformations, custom groups, and consolidations, to build the reports.• Provided multiple different dashboard solutions for each report to power users and helped them to find out the best solution to meet their business requirements. • Conducting trainings for business users and off -site team members.

• Worked with client’s ETL and Data Architect team in redesigning data warehouse schema to meet new reporting requirements and improve reporting execution performance. • Worked with SE team in gathering user requirements, providing technical and functional documentation, MicroStrategy schema design and report development. The project development involved real time alert based reporting using dynamic subscription functionalities in Narrowcast and Report Services Documents.• Worked in report development and testing. The project development involved extensive use of OLAP services and Report Services, including Intelligence Cube based reports and dashboards. Dashboard development utilized interactive selectors, grid/graph, panel stacks, multiple tabs and Web URL SDK approach for linking reports in different projects, allowing drilling from summary reports to detailed reports.• Embedded MicroStrategy analytics in a custom BI application using MicroStrategy Web SDK. Created visualizations using data supplied by MicroStrategy backend. Embedded MicroStrategy dashboards in iFrames to allow seamless integration of MicroStrategy content with other application content.• Get involved in production support for 16 projects covering various sources systems, including Siebel CRM, Oracle Financials and Maximo. Supported Power Users in complex report design and validation.• Analyzed MicroStrategy reports and dashboard by installing and configuring Enterprise Manager Project in production to obtain statistics of the report execution times and the tables most accessed by the reports.

• Worked with Illinois earthquake department to transfer user requirements into dashboard solution.• Creating highly interactive dashboard with data visualization script language Processing, which is used as one of earthquake analysis tool in IEMA (Illinois Emergency management Agency)• Wrote dashboard user documentation and conducted end user training.
