Where I learned to be a leader of leaders and partnered with a Worldclass crew to support product marketing across Procore.What the impact was:accelerating our growth from 24% to 32% yoy growth across our portfolio of products. How I did it: Worked with Procore Leadership to recalibrate the role / expectation of Solutions Product Marketing to support our entire product portfolio and better support our GTM function, which focused on following: - Great Enablement: Working side-by-side with Sales Enablement teams build Thoughtful product training that increased product knowledge across our entire AE / SE / Install base. - Story based Product Launches: Shifting from a launch when ready, to launch when best for our customers, which accelerated adoption across our existing user base, faster growth with newer skus- Packaging + Bundling based on Customer insight: EG. Preconstruction planning products work really well PM products!Who i did it with:No great work is built in silos. I recruited and mentored a team of directors and individual contributors. Set clear expectations for what the business needed. Fought to get them to tools and resources they needed and trusted them to do their job. And they delivered in spades. Working with this team is one of the highlights of my career.
