Responsible for staff recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding and other HR services for the head office and organisations in Hong Kong (responsible for mobility management of 260 staff).Responsible for staff management of headquarter and organisations in Hong Kong, including but not limited to daily appraisal, staff career planning (promotion and termination), talent retention plan, etc.Assisting in organisational restructuring of head office and branches in Hong Kong, revision of organisational and departmental responsibilities, etc.Responsible for staffing statistics and data maintenance of the headquarter and branches in Hong Kong, providing talent information and relevant analysis reports to the Group and various departments from time to time.Responsible for the statistics, analysis and system review of employee information of counterpart branches (National Life Overseas Financial Technology Centre);Developing and implementing HR projects for the Group and assisting in the revision of HR-related systems for the head office and other organisations.

Perform internal audit and assessment on regular basis based on different business process complianceManagement and risk control mechanisms in different accounts to ensure the full compliance as per relevant standard, and identify potential risksCooperate with operations and business teams to conduct compliance audits on business development, supervise possible compliance risks in the any area and provide compliance adviceOrganize and cooperate with internal and external auditing work to carry out and improve the company's compliance work in requirements and processes

Responsible for a series of tasks, such as site selection, renovation, qualification approval and talent building for newly established branchesResponsible for daily operation business, assist internal and external audit self-inspection, and cooperate with post- rectification workResponsible for personnel and financial work, including staff recruitment and departure, financial data submission and daily reimbursement, meeting and event preparation, etc.

Develop and maintain high net worth clients (including individual and institutional investors) and provide investment advice based on their risk appetiteRegularly organize company investment strategy meetings, wealth salon and other activities
