Responsibilities include:• Provide the overall direction and coordination of projects, work flow, and development of reports within the Field Operations Department • Determine staffing requirements, and hire and train new staff• Approve and schedule all training for Field Operations staff within their assigned area• Coordinate all projects and proposals to ensure accuracy with the Management team• Order all parts and supplies and maintain and audit all inventory and supplies• Track trends that could lead to possible cost savings and/or lead to growth opportunities• Maintain timely performance reviews, and a high level of performance within the Field Operations Department• Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable employment laws.• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints. Responsibilities include:• Supervisor for Field Service for San Diego Territory• Loading and configuring Aptra Edge, Aptra Advanced, Prism, OS2 Warp, ACP, ProInstall, ProView, and ProAKT (ATM software applications)• Developed and implemented custom screens for NCR, Wincor-Nixdorf, Tritons, and Fujitsu ATM’s• Technical Support and Research on NCR, Wincor-Nixdorf, Tritons, and Fujitsu ATM’s • Software coordinator for San Diego, Los Angeles, and Northern California regions• Training supervisor for San Diego and Northern California regions• ATM Installations• Trouble shooting of communication problems
