• Developed the chemical etch process for N metal gap fill that met 100% customer’s specs of the 3nm node which resulted in customer’s purchase of 10 process modules worth 10 million dollars.• Reduced the poor non-uniformity (NU%) of Gate-All-Around structural wafer by 90% with tuning the process parameters and changing the hardware which resulted in customer’s decision to upgrade process modules worth 5 million revenue increase.• Delivered the solution package that completely eliminated the agglomeration issue in P-dipole metal oxide layer in a strict timeline facilitated by metrology techniques like XRF, XRR, XRD, XPS, AFM and TEM which improved customer’s bonding and satisfaction to ASM. • Performed R&D, design of experiments (DOE), plan execution and data analysis for process optimization, through-put and yield improvement and provided weekly updates and presentations to leadership and customers.• Negotiated the priorities between cross-functional teams at ASM while driving ASM’s process and product solution to the customer’s requirement.

Use thermal evaporator was used to fabricate metal and semiconductor thin films for sensing devices. Assembled perovskite single crystal into photodetector. Measured the resistivity, conversion efficiency and leakage current of photodetectors. Improved the flexibility of OLED devices making it more stretchable.
