May rewrite the UI portion in React-Native for mobile/web as I am not a fan of Django UI, but love the backend speed it brings.https://www.pennies-ai.com/I have over 35 years of professional experience in software design and development, and another five years of writing software for myself and others while learning to code during high school and college.I've worked on mutual fund systems, insurance systems, middleware, multi-tenant REST systems, web content management systems, WebSocket applications, Kafka, IoT, physics applications, health care, and other complex enterprise systems. I've professionally used many of the languages that are available including C, C++, Java, JS, Python, PHP, VB, ActionScript, REXX, bash scripting, others I'm probably forgetting right now, and yes even COBOL.For the last 2+ years I've been coding on a project in JavaScript using React Native for iOS and Android on the client side with Node.js on the backend running on Azure. Also for the last 7+ years I have been programming other client PWA UIs in JavaScript with jQuery, Browserify, gulp, and npm while also still coding a variety of backends including Java and Node. Current environments include Heroku and Docker, with Mac bash scripting thrown in for good measure. I have recently rewritten the front-end of this application in React, making it so much easier to maintain!
