Managing Ceragon Global Logistics (Freight, Distribution centers and Warehouses).- Direct management of 14 employees in 3 groups. - Matrix management of 4 logistic managers world wide (India, Brazil, Mexico & Argentina) -- Managing the yearly Logistic budget of $17.5M-$19M. - Responsible for moving Ceragon products world wide (over 110 countries, over 8000 tons, ~15K shipments per year- Leading Ceragon New Supply Chain strategy (moving from local W/H to distribution centers & moving to low cost CM's).Major projects- - Managing offshore manufacturing transition of Ceragon products to new production site in Singapore (Venture) and Ukraine (Jabil). As project manager, I lead all the contractual engagement, and personally managed the transfer of production lines and approval of “Zero” series during a period of 18 months (reaching 14% reduction of production costs and additional 4% in landed cost).Creating the concept and managing the transformation of Ceragon Global Logistics to work with 3 centralized HUB's vs. country warehouses (improve LT while reduce SC costs) Managing the sourcing for 1 Global Logistic & Freight partner- - Leading all Logistic restructuring and footprint moving Ceragon HUB closer to our customers by opening a new HUB in NA, EU and Singapore while closing our HUB in the Philippians and Israel.
