This is a £66 million greenfield facility. Responsible for ALL Operational Technology integrations, Cybersecurity, user experience, and Good Manufacturing Practices to define best practices. Using my expertise to align with ISA95, Purdue model. IEC 62443. As the OT architect I plan, design and am deploying over 35 GMP systems in the production and laboratory OT environments, this includes cybersecurity controls, firewall rules, defining GPO’s, writing SOPs and liaising with various business units. My work includes:• Leading a Technical Design Authority forum where the broader team collaborate ondecisions for various IT/OT options. • Assessing business strategies and requirements to ensure the best ways of working and security best practices• Lead Root Cause Analysis on incidents • Ensure each system securely moves GMP data from the OT production equipment to OT Data store and replicating to IT Azure. • Working with Vendors for a secure Remote access solution, PCS and EMS, and RDP and SSH for some legacy tech. • System administrator on Active Directory• Conduct vulnerability scans and ensure good Cybersecurity posture.• Deploying 18 vendor supplied Lab systems such xCelligence, Bio-Rad qx200 and LIMS• Integration of clean room production equipment such as Skan Isolators, Cytiva CRF’s • Standardise security policies and procedures for OT instruments and systems.• Defining servers and roles within the OT DMZ Show less
