Bringing over 26 years of Information Technology experience, Bob is responsible for managing the Implementation Engineers, at MedeAnalytics. This includes supporting, training, scheduling, documenting, hiring, assisting, and ensuring the team stays nimble and ready to pivot as needed. Bob’s mission is to foster collaborative teamwork and empower his team to make decisions which lead to exceeding client expectations. He accomplishes this by being a servant leader and supporting his team to the fullest. Prior to joining MedeAnalytics, Bob managed the Great Lakes and Northeast Region’s Technology Account Management Team, at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions. These regions service over fifty Remote Hosted Clients for a variety of Allscripts applications. Some duties include supporting his 12 team members during client escalations and assisting with resolution. Ensuring high client satisfaction with our remote hosting clients. Also, outlining and discussing client goals, projects and technical strategies to ensure Remote Hosting initiatives are in alignment with client goals. Collaborating with technical and application senior leaders to develop client facing communications and materials related to processes, procedures, reporting, incidents, and projects.Prior to joining Allscripts, Bob had a network administration position within Xerox’s Healthcare IT Outsourcing division and was located onsite at Botsford Hospital. He was responsible for datacenter maintenance, server and network installations, and 3rd Level Helpdesk. In 2009, he moved into the role of technical infrastructure lead. While in that role he implemented and managed the LAN refresh/upgrade with 2500 nodes, enterprise wireless deployment, Cancer Center system implementation, and data center upgrade projects.
