• Collaborate with the Development Director to strategize, budget, cultivate a high-performing team, and set and track fundraising goals
• Manage the museum’s grants portfolio, comprising more than $1.5M in annual operating and project grants, as well as capital grants of up to $20M
• Generate, identify, and optimize grant-worthy programs museum-wide
