Over the past 20 years as an accountant with an entrepreneurial spirit, I have provided sound accounting leadership and financial stewardship as a Chief Financial Officer for both private and public companies. I have been actively involved in the completion of several acquisitions, the most recent being the successful acquisition of a jewelry manufacturing company. I have also provided financial leadership for the orchestration of a large oilfield services consolidation taking the company from $100,000 in revenue and 3 staff to $120 Million annualized revenue and 600 staff over an 18 month period. I have been involved in several other growth companies including managing a real estate development project and founding a technology company which we took public. I have a proven business acumen and entrepreneurial attitude that integrates with sound financial expertise and a strong grasp and interest in operations. I have been responsible for managing cash flow and fostering good banking and shareholder relationships.
