1/08-Present Director of Technology, Capital Budgets and Planning – With the recent retirement of our corporate CTO, I have assumed a more global responsibility for technology implementation for all of PTN. The need to ensure that all deployments, from traditional POTS and TDM infrastructure to more advance service offerings such as XDSL, and VoIP products, all share a seamless integration and common focus. Develop, Track and manage all CAPX budgets and expected cash flow analysis for all five PTN entities; ensuring that every dollar spent consistently supports our goal to provide the most advanced and robust suite of communications service offerings found anywhere at any price. Establish refined five year capital projections based on sales and marketing projections, network trends and customer needs.

4/05– 1/08 Director of Engineering – Key reorganization and restructuring team member focused on improving efficiencies and better defining responsibilities segregated by roles and not by company subsidiary. Lead facilitator responsible for all network and facilities planning, implementation engineering and construction for all PTN East properties. Oversee maintenance and creation of all plant and CO records, service order assignments, ISP MOP’s and OSP work order creation and builds. Reporting teams also support all operational groups in providing exceptional customer services. Construct CAPX budgets to support network goals.

1/03- 4/05 – Director of Network Operations and Engineering- Responsible for all engineering and provisioning functions described above with a distinct focus on our traditional ILEC properties.
