That passion led to continuing Executive Coach training. I have become certified in the Best Practice Coaching methods used by Taylor Protocols as well as being a certified presenter of the Core Values Index© (CVI) and I have received the Global Certification in Leadership Coaching though Internal Impact. As a result of this passion and training, in 2010 I created 'ExecuChart' an Executive Coaching Business also based in Portland, Oregon.
